【摘要】 目的 探究复方苦参注射液联合化疗方案治疗中晚期食管鳞癌的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年3月—2022年3月到医院肿瘤科就诊的56例中晚期食管鳞癌患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各28例。对照组给予奥沙利铂+氟尿嘧啶化疗方案治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合复方苦参注射液治疗，比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效、生活质量改善情况、免疫功能指标（CD⁺₃、CD⁺₄、CD⁺₈、CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈）、不良反应发生情况。结果 经用药后，治疗组总有效率（46.4%,13/28）高于对照组（21.4%,6/28）;治疗组KPS评分中提高的病例数（11例）高于对照组（6例）,且治疗组生活质量改善率（100.0%,28/28）高于对照组（85.7%,24/28）;治疗组CD⁺₃、CD⁺₄、CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈均高于对照组，CD⁺₈值治疗组低于对照组；治疗组胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制的不良反应发生率（64.3%,18/28和42.9%,12/28）低于对照组（89.3%,25/28和75.0%,21/28）,经统计分析差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 复方苦参注射液联合氟尿嘧啶+奥沙利铂化疗方案治疗中晚期食管鳞癌疗效较好，显著提高免疫功能，改善生活质量，且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Kushen Injection（复方苦参注射液） combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 56 patients with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 28 cases in each. The control group was treated with oxaliplatin and fluorouracil chemotherapy, and the treatment group was treated with Compound Kushen Injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, improvements in quality of life, immune function（CD⁺₃, CD⁺₄, CD⁺₈, CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈）and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group（46.4%, 13/28） was higher than that in the control group（21.4%, 6/28）; the improvement rate of KPS in the treatment group（11 cases） was higher than that in the control group（6 cases）, and the improvement rate of quality of life in the treatment group（100.0%, 28/28） was higher than that in the control group（85.7%, 24/28）.The levels of CD⁺₃, CD⁺₄ and CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the level of CD⁺₈ in the treatment was lower than that in the control group, the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction and myelosuppression in the treatment group（64.3%, 18/28）（42.9%, 12/28） was lower than that in the control group（89.3%, 25/28）（75.0%, 21/28）, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection combined with fluorouracil and oxaliplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was effective, significantly improve immune function, improve quality of life and has high safety.更多还原
