【摘要】 皮质醇检测对于评估犬的压力具有重要意义。文章对血浆皮质醇、唾液皮质醇、粪便皮质醇和毛发皮质醇等4种犬皮质醇检测方法的优缺点以及每种检测方法的采集、提取、测定方法等进行综述，探讨影响犬皮质醇测定的因素，汇总不同检测方法的犬皮质醇浓度数值差异，建议犬皮质醇检测结果可采用方法学和生物学验证，以犬的压力反应验证皮质醇检测结果，能够更精准地评估和提高犬福利状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cortisol determination is important in assessing stress in canines. The article reviewed the four methods of canine cortisol measurement and their advantages and disadvantages, including plasma cortisol, saliva cortisol, fecal cortisol, and hair cortisol, with the collection, extraction, and determination of each method. The factors affecting the determination of cortisol in dogs were discussed, and the numerical differences in concentrations of canine cortisol by different assay methods were summarized. It is suggested that the results of cortisol determination can be validated by biological and methodological methods, and verified according to the stress responses in dogs, which is to evaluate and improve the welfare state of dogs more accurately.更多还原
