【摘要】 公猫尿闭并发急性肾后性肾衰竭是由于尿路阻塞导致膀胱积尿，引起肾小球滤过率降低，从而使血液中尿素氮、肌酐累积，引发一系列并发症如高血磷、高血钾、高血镁、低血钙等的常见泌尿系统疾病。文章总结归纳了惠州瑞派纬济宠物医院接诊的3例因公猫尿闭导致的急性肾衰竭病例，从临床症状、诊断方法、治疗手段等共同点进行分析并提出建议，旨在为业界同仁对该病的临床诊治及预防提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute postrenal renal failure in male cats is a common urinary system disease caused by urinary tract obstruction resulting in urinary bladder accumulation, resulting in reduced glomerular filtration rate, and thus the accumulation of urea nitrogen and creatinine in the blood, leading to a series of complications such as high blood phosphorus, high potassium, high magnesium, low calcium and so on. The paper summarized three cases of acute renal failure caused by male cat uria received from Huizhou Ruipai Weiji Pet Hospital, analyzed the common points of clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, and put forward suggestions, aiming to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the disease for colleagues in the industry.更多还原
