【摘要】 在中国经略海洋的重要发展时期，海洋战略成为国内众多学科的研究热点，基本形成了跨学科的研究范式.海洋战略是人海关系互动的秩序化外显.基于人海关系这一地理学核心内涵，融合政治地理学和国际关系学的理论成果，在人海关系地域系统的机制下，通过自然子系统、人文子系统、关系子系统的建成元素对日本国家海洋战略影响因素进行解构分析，并最终构成“战略环境—战略观念—战略目标—战略实践”为战略闭环的国家海洋战略分析框架.(1)自然子系统：从自然地理区位条件、自然资源状况和生态环境状况三个方面出发，对日本发展的自然地理环境状况进行评价.(2)人文子系统：从国民特性、海洋产业、国家权力和地缘结构多方面对日本人文地理环境进行探析.(3)关系子系统：(1)观念层次：从海洋观念、地缘政治想象、国家利益等意识形态因素影响日本海洋战略制定；(2)行为层次：从国内、国际两个方面对21世纪日本海洋战略实践进行简要分析.将理论与实证案例相结合，以期推进人海关系的战略化解读，为探究国家海洋战略影响因素提供一种创新性的解读模式.更多还原

【Abstract】 During the important development period of China’s ocean strategy, ocean strategy has become a research hot-spot in many disciplines in China, and an interdisciplinary research paradigm has basically formed. Ocean strategy is the orderly appearance of the interaction between man and the sea. The paper is based on the core connotation of the geography of man-sea relationship, and combines the theoretical results of political geography and international relations. Under the mechanism of the regional system of man-sea relationship, through the establishment of the natural subsystem, the humanistic subsystem, and the relationship subsystem. The deconstruction and analysis of the influencing factors of Japan’s national marine strategy will finally constitute a strategic circle-loop national marine strategy analysis framework with “strategic environment-strategic concepts-strategic goals-strategic practices”.(1)Natural subsystem: starting from the three aspects of natural geographic location conditions, natural resource conditions and ecological environment conditions, evaluates the natural geographic environment conditions evolution in Japan in the 21st century.(2)Humanistic subsystem: Analyze the humanistic geographic environment of Japan from the aspects of national characteristics, marine industry, state power and geographic structure.(3)Relational subsystem:(1)Concept level: ideological factors such as ocean concept, geopolitical imagination, national interests, etc. influence the formulation of Japan’s maritime strategy;(2)Behavior level: A brief analysis of Japan’s martime strategy practice in the 21st century from domestic and international aspects. This paper combines theory with empirical cases in order to promote the strategic interpretation of the man-sea relationship, and provide an innovative interpretation model for exploring the influencing factors of the national ocean strategy.更多还原
