基于GGE模型的甘薯品种“邯薯2号”丰产稳产及适应性分析
Analysis of High and Stable Yield and Adaptability of Sweet Potato Variety ‘Hanshu 2’ through GGE Biplot
【摘要】 利用2020~2021年福建省优质淀粉1组中鲜薯产量试验数据,对邯薯2号丰产性、稳产性和适应性进行GGE分析。分析结果表明,邯薯2号在2020年和2021年分别比对照增产26.37%和21.96%,位列区组第一和第二;邯薯2号2020年在7个试验点稳定的表现出优于对照品种和平均环境,2021年在福州、宁德、龙岩、南安、莆田和三明等6个试验点丰产性表现最好;理想品种(系)分析显示,2020年邯薯2号是最接近理想品系的品种,2021年邯薯2号是较接近理想品系的品种,均优于对照品种。2020年邯薯2号在宁德、南平、泉州、福州、三明和漳浦等6个试验点名义产量最高,具有特殊适应性,2021年邯薯2号在南安、宁德和福州试验点最适宜。综上,邯薯2号是兼具丰产性和稳产性的理想品种之一,具有广泛适应性。
【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the yield characteristics of the new sweet potato variety Hanshu 2 more reasonably and provide a foundation and theoretical basis for its further promotion in agricultural production. Using the fresh potato yield test data of high-quality starch group 1 in Fujian Province from 2020 to 2021, GGE biplot was conducted on the high yield, stable yield, and adaptability of Hanshu 2. The analysis results show that Hanshu 2 increased production by 26.37% and 21.96% compared to the control in 2020 and 2021, respectively, ranking first and second in the regional group; In 2020, Hanshu 2 consistently outperformed the control variety and average environment in 7 experimental sites. In 2021, it had the best yield performance in 6 experimental sites, including Fuzhou, Ningde, Longyan, Nan’an, Putian, and Sanming; Analysis of the ideal variety(line) shows that in 2020, Hanshu 2 was the closest variety to the ideal line, while in 2021, Hanshu 2 was the closest variety to the ideal line, both of which were superior to the control variety. In 2020, Hanshu 2 had the highest nominal yield and special adaptability in six experimental sites, including Ningde, Nanping, Quanzhou, Fuzhou, Sanming, and Zhangpu. In 2021, Hanshu 2 was the most suitable experimental site in Nan’an, Ningde, and Fuzhou. In summary, Hanshu 2 is one of the ideal varieties with both high and stable yield among the high-quality starch group 1 in Fujian Province, and has a wide range of adaptability.
