【Abstract】 The new development concept of “innovation, coordination, greenness, opening and sharing” is a practical guide for the development of national food security. Under the new normal status,the development of national food security is faced with such risks and challenges as insufficient scientific and technological innovation ability of grain industry,prominent structural contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural products,increasing pressure on resources and environment of grain production,increasing uncertainty of major natural disasters and international environment,and low willingness of farmers to grow grain. Guided by the new development concept,we can optimize the development strategy of national food security by strengthening the scientific and technological support of grain industry,optimizing the product structure of grain industry,consolidating the material basis of grain production,deepening international exchanges and cooperation in grain field,and enhancing the enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain,so as to provide strong support for the comprehensive construction of socialist modern country in the new era.更多还原
