【摘要】 目的：初步探讨青蒿琥酯片治疗自身免疫性肝病（AILD）的临床疗效。方法：纳入2020年7月-2022年12月在广州医科大学附属市八医院确诊的AILD患者，剔除了可能引起肝功能损害的药物肝、病毒性肝炎、脂肪肝和酒精性肝病等其他肝病，在给与西医基本治疗基础上联合青蒿琥酯片观察24周，于基线及治疗后4、12、24为随访点进行肝功能、免疫球蛋白、肝脾彩超等疗效指标监测。结果：45例AILD患者平均年龄为（42.40±13.2）岁，性别比为女/男∶=6.8/1，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经过青蒿琥酯片联合治疗后，自免肝患者在症状和肝功能方面均得到改善，AIH总有效率86.7%、PBC总有效率为80.0%、重叠综合征总有效率93.3%，多数患者在治疗2-4周见效，无一例患者因青蒿琥酯片不良反应而停药。结论：采取联合青蒿琥酯片治疗自身免疫性肝病，可改善自身免疫性肝病患者临床症状和肝功能，且副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Artesunate tablets in the treatment of autoimmune liver disease(AILD). Methods:The AILD patients diagnosed in the Eighth Affiliated City Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from July 2020 to December 2022 were included. Other liver diseases that may cause liver function damage,such as drug-induced liver disease,viral hepatitis,fatty liver disease and Alcoholic liver disease,were excluded. On the basis of basic western medicine treatment,Artesunate tablets were combined to observe for 24 weeks. Liver function,immunoglobulin monitoring of therapeutic indicators such as liver and spleen ultrasound. Results:The average age of 45 patients with AILD was(42.40±13.2)years old,and the Sex ratio was 6.8/1 for women/men(P<0.05),with a statistically significant difference;. After the combined treatment of Artesunate tablets,the symptoms and liver function of patients with autoimmune liver disease were improved. The total effective rate of AIH was 86.7%,the total effective rate of PBC was 80.0%,and the total effective rate of overlap syndrome was 93.3%. Most patients took effect in 2-4 weeks of treatment. None of the patients stopped taking the drug because of the bad reaction of Artesunate tablets. Conclusion:The combination of Artesunate tablets in the treatment of autoimmune liver disease can improve the clinical symptoms and liver function of patients with autoimmune liver disease with little side effects.更多还原
