【Abstract】 In the implementation of physical education in colleges and universities, many teachers fail to attach importance to the ideological and political contents, and students are inactive in learning. Therefore, in the new era,college teachers need to carry out profound analysis in view of the actual requirements of the current ideological and political education, and reform the traditional physical education teaching effectively, giving full play to the humanistic guidance role of physical education.
