【Abstract】 Aiming at exploring the path of core literacy cultivation in vocational college counselors under the background of the new era, it is introduced the background and significance of the research, and put forward the research purpose and problems. It is reviewed relevant theories and literature, including the definition and connotation of the core literacy of vocational college counselors, as well as the role positioning and development trend of vocational college counselors in the new era. On this basis, the steps of constructing the path of core literacy cultivation are put forward to determine the core cultivation core literacy cultivation objectives, the design of core literacy cultivation content, and the selection of core literacy cultivation methods. The specific content of the core literacy cultivation practice is put forward on the selection and description of the practice scene, the design and implementation of the practice activities, and the evaluation and summary of the practice effect. It is discussed, concluded, and summarized the research results and practical experience, and put forward the optimization and improvement of the core literacy cultivation path, as well as the research contribution and future prospects.
