【摘要】 目的 探讨血管迷走性晕厥直立倾斜试验的重复性。方法 连续入选2019年6月至2023年4月在北京大学人民医院及广东省江门市中心医院进行过两次直立倾斜试验患者42例（其中男26例，女16例）。结果 对两次直立倾斜试验的结果、出现阳性反应进行重复性分析，直立倾斜试验阴性、阳性的重复性分别为80.0%和81.8%，两次直立倾斜试验结果阳性反应发生时间无显著性差异。结论 直立倾斜试验结果在血管迷走性晕厥患者中有着高度可重复性。试验阴性和试验阳性者的重复性高，且重复性与两次检查间隔时间及性别无明显相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective investigate the Repeatability of head-up tilt test in patients with vasovagal syncope.Methods: Consecutively selected 42 patients(26 males and 16 females) who had undergone two head-up tilt tests in Peking University People’s Hospital and Jiangmen Central Hospital in Guangdong Province from June 2019 to April2023. Results Therepeatable analysis of the results and positive reaction of two head-up tilt tests showed that the repeatability of negative and positive head-up tilt test was 80.0% and 81.8% respectively, there was no difference in positive reaction time between the two head-up tilt tests. Conclusions The results of head-up tilt table test are highly in patients with vasovagal syncope. Therepeatability was high for the test negative and test positive patients, and the repeatability had no significant correlation with the interval time between two examinations and sex.更多还原
