某核电机组阀门引漏管开裂原因
Cracking reason of valve leak-off connection pipe of a nuclear power unit
【摘要】 某核电机组阀门引漏管发生开裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、维氏硬度测试、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法对引漏管的开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:引漏管开裂的原因为应力腐蚀,腐蚀介质为氯离子,最后提出了相关建议。
【Abstract】 Cracking occurred in the valve leak-off connection pipe of a nuclear power unit. The cracking causes of the leak-off connection pipe were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, Vickers hardness test, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the cracking reason of the leak-off connection pipe was stress corrosion, and the corrosion medium was chloridion. Finally, relevant suggestions were put forward.
