东北石墨矿可选性模拟计算的特征因子优化
Study on Evaluation Factors and Levels of Beneficiability of Crystalline Graphite Ore in Northeast China
【摘要】 本文以东北晶质石墨矿为研究对象,在系统分析该地区石墨矿床地质特征、矿石特征和矿物特征等的基础上,对矿石可选性模拟计算的因子进行了研究。运用模糊数学方法,以7个因子、3个等级对4个石墨矿山的石墨矿石可选性进行计算,结果表明:萝北、鸡东、鞍山石墨矿石是易选的,可选性分别为0.59、0.48、0.54,通化石墨矿石较易选,可选性为0.48。最佳选矿工艺条件下,矿石可选性值与选矿品位指标呈正相关,模型可对东北石墨矿石可选性进行评价。
【Abstract】 Based on the systematic analysis of the geological characteristics, ore characteristics and mineral characteristics of the crystalline graphite ore in northeast China, the paper researches the factors of analog calculation of ore selectivity here. Fuzzy mathematics method is used to calculate the selectivity of 4 graphite mines with 7 factors and 3 levels. The results show that the Luobei,Jidong, and Anshan graphite mines are considered easily selectable with selectivity values of 0.59, 0.48, and 0.54, respectively. The Tonghua graphite mine is classified as relatively easily selectable with a selectivity value of 0.48. Under the optimal ore beneficiation conditions, the selectivity values of the ores are positively correlated with the ore grade index, so the model can be used to evaluate the selectivity of graphite ores in northeast China.
