磷石膏原位稳定污染物研究

【摘要】 将新鲜磷石膏加水兑成w(固) 50%的料浆,进行原位稳定污染物研究,常温下优化了石灰添加量及添加方式,并考察石灰乳协同氯化钙稳定效果。结果表明:相同石灰添加量下,石灰乳稳定效果优于石灰粉,石灰乳添加量w(CaO)≥0.9%、处理时间为30 min时,磷石膏处理液ρ(F)、ρ(P)分别小于10.0、0.5 mg/L,但p H大于9;当石灰乳协同氯化钙稳定P、F时,石灰乳添加量w(CaO)为0.7%时,氯化钙的最佳投加量范围为0.4%~0.8%,磷石膏处理液pH、ρ(F)、ρ(P)均达到GB 8978—1996第二类污染物最高允许排放一级标准要求。将0.7%石灰乳与0.4%氯化钙协同处理的磷石膏用于自然环境模拟评价,监测期内渗出液仍能稳定达到第二类污染物最高允许排放一级标准要求,且随时间延长,溶出污染物含量降低。

【Abstract】 Fresh phosphogypsum and water are mixed to form a slurry with solid content of 50%, in situ stabilization of contaminants in phosphogypsum is studied, and the lime dosage and addition method are optimized, the synergistic stabilization effect of lime milk and calcium chloride is also investigated. The results show that: Under the same lime dosage, the stabilization effect of lime milk is better than lime powder, when the amount of lime milk is ≥ 0.9% and the treatment time is 30 min, ρ(F) and ρ(P) in the treatment solution are less than 10.0 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L, respectively, but the p H is greater than 9; When lime milk synergizes with calcium chloride to stabilize P and F, the dosage of lime milk is 0.7%, and the optimal dosage range of calcium chloride is 0.4%-0.8%,the p H, ρ(F), ρ(P)of the treatment solution all meet the requirements of the maximum allowable discharge level of first class standard for class II pollutants in GB 8978—1996. Phosphogypsum obtained by a synergistic treatment of 0.7% lime milk and 0.4% calcium chloride is used for natural environment simulation evaluation,during the inspection period, the leachate can still stably meet the discharge requirements of the maximum allowable discharge level of first class standard for class II pollutants, and the content of dissolved contaminants decreases with the extension of time.
