考虑自由面数量和抵抗线影响的隧道爆破振速预测

【摘要】 为研究不同自由面条件下隧道爆破振速的衰减规律,探讨振速峰值与自由面数量、抵抗线之间的相关关系,基于萨道夫斯基公式,建立考虑自由面数量与抵抗线的振速预测修正公式。研究结果表明:振速峰值随自由面数量的增加而降低,随抵抗线的增加而增加;考虑自由面数量与抵抗线影响的修正公式,可有效提高爆破振速的预测精度;经试爆数据验证,修正公式振速预测值的平均误差为13.32%,远小于萨道夫斯基公式振速预测值的平均误差24.79%;修正公式与现场实测数据的良好相关性为大断面隧道分部爆破最大段药量的控制提供科学依据,通过工程应用可有效保障临近既有运营隧道的结构安全。研究结果可为类似近接工程的精细化爆破设计和施工提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to study the attenuation law of tunnel blasting vibration velocity under different free surface conditions, and explore the correlation between the peak vibration velocity and the number of free surfaces and the resistance line, a correction formula of vibration velocity prediction considering the number of free surfaces and resistance line was established based on Sadovsky formula.The results show that the peak vibration velocity decreases with the increase of the number of free surface, and increases with the increase of resistance line.The correction formula considering the influence of the number of free surface and resistance line can effectively improve the prediction accuracy of blasting vibration velocity.The test blasting data verify that the average error of the prediction values of vibration velocity by the correction formula is 13.32%,which is much smaller than the average error of 24.79% predicted by Sadovsky formula.The good correlation between the correction formula and the measured data in the field provides a scientific basis for the control of maximum dose segment in the sectional blasting of large cross-section tunnels, and effectively safeguards the structural safety of the adjacent existing operating tunnel through engineering application.The results can provide reference for the refined blasting design and construction of similar adjacent projects.
