麝香研究进展的CiteSpace可视化知识图谱分析
Research progress of musk based on CiteSpace visual knowledge map analysis
【摘要】 目的:通过CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件进行分析,得出麝香研究现状,热点及发展趋势。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)数据平台上以麝香为主题的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件和文献计量学研究方法对麝香的研究作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化图谱共现和突现分析,疏理麝香的研究现状和发展趋势。结果:通过检索结果共纳入中文文献3813篇(去重后),英文文献679篇。发文量最多的作者为王志文;发文机构最多的为山东中医药大学,英文发文量最多的为XIUXIANG MENG,发文机构最多的为中国科学院;发文量最多的国家为中国。结论:关键词分析显示麝香研究方向主要在临床用药与疗效、天然麝香的来源与化学成分药理作用、人工麝香的组成及应用等三个方面进行,其中心功能、炎性因子等的临床作用及药理机制以及合成麝香导致的水污染问题仍是当前研究的热点。
【Abstract】 Objective: The research status, hot spots and development trend of musk were obtained through the analysis of CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software. Method: By searching the relevant literatures of musk on CNKI data platform, CiteSpace 5.8.R3software and bibliometrics research methods were used to analyze the co-occurrence and emergence of the research authors,institutions and keywords of musk, and to clarify the research status and development trend of musk. Result: A total of 3813Chinese and 679 English literatures of the search results were included. The author who published the most papers was WANG Zhi-wen. The institution with the largest number of publications was Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The author with the largest number of publications in English was XIUXIANG MENG, and the institution had the largest number of publications in English was Chinese Academy of Sciences. The country with the largest number of publications is China.Conclusion: Keywords analysis shows that musk research mainly concentrate on clinical medicine and curative effect, the source of the natural musk and chemical composition of artificial musk composition and pharmacological action, application and so on.Among which, cardiac function and inflammatory factor involved in clinical applicaiyion, pharmacological mechanism and water pollution caused by synthetic musk are hotspots of current research.
