海南热带雨林国家公园访客行为管理优化路径——以五指山片区为例

【摘要】 国家公园的设立为当地政府、当地社区和旅游特许经营者带来新的挑战,探索适合国家公园的访客管理模式对推进国家公园可持续发展显得尤为重要。文中以海南热带雨林国家公园五指山片区为案例,通过文献分析、问卷调查、半结构访谈、实地考察等方法,总结国家公园访客管理的研究趋势,分析五指山片区的资源禀赋条件、旅游接待现况,并开展访客价值感知与满意度评价,指出五指山片区访客行为管理面临的主要问题,包括自然教育与生态体验产品不足、社区参与管理路径较少、景区步道规划设计待完善、国家公园品牌与形象宣传不足等。在此基础上,提出五指山片区访客行为管理优化的5条路径:1)建立智慧游览系统,完善访客反馈机制;2)培育自然教育产品与深度生态体验产品;3)融合乡土传统文化,促进民生福祉提升;4)完善访客游览步道的设计与生态化建设;5)推动国家公园品牌建设,加强线上与线下宣传。

【Abstract】 The establishment of national parks has brought about new challenges to local governments, local communities and tourism concessionaires. It is particularly important to explore a visitor management model suitable for national parks and to promote the sustainable development of national parks. Taking Wuzhishan Area of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park as a case, the paper uses the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews and field study, to summarize the trend of the research on visitor management in national parks, analyzed the resource endowment, tourist reception, and the evaluation of visitors’ value perception and satisfaction in Wuzhishan Area. It is pointed out that insufficient supply of nature education and ecological experience, low participation of local communities in national park management, unsound trail planning and design, and deficient dissemination of brand and image of national park are the main problems faced by the visitor behaviour management in Wuzhishan Area. Five pathways to optimize the visitor behaviour management there are proposed, including: 1) Establishing an intelligent tour system to improve the visitor feedback mechanism; 2) Developing the products relevant to nature education and ecological experience; 3) Integrating local and traditional culture to improve people’s well-being; 4) Improving the design and ecological environment of visitor tour trails; and 5) Promoting the branding of the national park through strengthening online and offline publicity.
