【摘要】 牡丹是我国特有资源，观赏、经济和文化价值较高。开展牡丹新品种资源研究对牡丹的保护和合理应用具有重要意义。文中介绍了涉及牡丹新品种保护和管理的机构，梳理了近20年我国牡丹新品种授权、登录和林木良种审定认定概况；分析我国牡丹新品种资源的现存问题，包括观赏性状有待更大突破，新品种推广、保护和管理有待加强；在此基础上，提出扩大亲本范围、加速推广繁育新优品种、构建牡丹资源DNA分子数据库等建议，以助力牡丹新品种保护和管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tree peony(Paeonia suffruticosa) is a species endemic to China, with high ornamental, economic and cultural values, and the study of new variety resources is of great significance for its protection and reasonable application. The paper introduces the institutions responsible for the protection and management of new tree peony varieties, reviews the authorization, the registration and the improved species validation of new tree peony varieties in China in the past 20 years, and analyzes the existing problems, including the need to better improve ornamental traits and to strengthen the promotion, protection and management of new varieties. On this basis, it is suggested to expand the parental range, accelerate the popularization and breeding of new and superior varieties and construct a DNA molecular database of tree peony resources, in order to help the protection and management of new varieties of tree peony.更多还原
