【Abstract】 When pregnant women have fever, how to choose antipyretic and analgesic drugs becomes a great demand for medication. In this paper, the embryological toxicology and clinical pharmacology information of various antipyretic and analgesic drugs are sorted out. Acetaminophen is the safest antipyretic and analgesic drug in pregnancy, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are basically banned in the third trimester of pregnancy. Ibuprofen and celecoxib can be used as ap?propriate in the first and second trimesters. In the middle and later stages of pregnancy, some compound preparations may be used as appropriate.更多还原
