【摘要】 目的 探讨根尖周炎伴牙周炎患者给予Vitapex糊剂治疗对临床疗效、牙周指标及牙龈沟液细胞因子水平的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年1月在登封市人民医院治疗的根尖周炎伴牙周炎患者84例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成观察组(42例)和对照组(42例)，对照组给予氢氧化钙糊剂治疗，观察组给予Vitapex糊剂治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、牙周指标及牙龈沟液细胞因子水平。结果 观察组治疗有效率较对照组更高，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；两组治疗后牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、牙周附着水平(CAL)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)降低，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)，观察组较对照组更低，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；两组治疗后白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平降低，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)，观察组水平较对照组更低，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 根尖周炎伴牙周炎患者给予Vitapex糊剂治疗，能够提高临床疗效，改善牙周指标及牙龈沟液细胞因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Vitapex paste on clinical efficacy, periodontal indexes, and cytokine levels in gingival sulcus fluid in patients with periapical inflammation and periodontitis. Methods A total of 84 patients with periapical periodontitis with periodontitis treated in Dengfeng People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects and were divided into an observation group(42 cases) and a control group(42 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste, and the observation group was treated with Vitapex paste. The clinical efficacy, periodontal indexes, and cytokines levels of gingival sulcus fluid were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The periodontal pocket probing depth(PD), periodontal attachment level(CAL), gingival index(GI), and plaque index(PLI) were decreased in the two groups after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-17(IL-17), and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the two groups were decreased, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05), while the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Vitapex paste in patients with periapical periodontitis and periodontitis can improve clinical efficacy, periodontal indexes, and cytokines levels in gingival sulcus fluid.更多还原
