【Abstract】 It performed the antibody identification of serum and the red blood cells elution fluid of the twins who were identified as hemolytic disease. It was confirmed that the newborn hemolytic diseases were caused by anti-DC antibody. The corresponding antigen-negative red blood cells were selected for cross-matching and blood exchange transfusion treatment, and the children recovered smoothly.更多还原
