野战输血加压装置的性能检测与野外适用性评价
Performance test and field applicability evaluation of wartime blood transfusion pressurization device
【摘要】 目的:通过野战输血加压装置与现有的同类产品进行平行对比实验,比较二者在性能参数方面的优劣,为输血加压装置在野战环境下的适用性提供理论依据。方法:采用专业检测设备分别测试施压弹簧的扭力、液体流速和残余液体量、装置在高低温环境下耐老化以及防腐、跌落、抗拉强度等性能指标。同时与现有设备进行平行对比测试,比较二者的技术参数。结果:笔者研制的输血输液加压装置可明显提高输液流速,压力波动于7.92~8.12 kPa,施压相对稳定,具有撤收灵活、耐腐蚀、抗拉、抗压强度高、输后基本无残留等特点。结论:该加压装置各项性能指标明显优于现有产品,更适合在野外转运伤员途中使用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To provide theoretical basis for the applicability of the field transfusion pressurization device in the outdoor environment by comparing the performance parameters of the field transfusion pressurization devices and the existing similar products. Methods: Professional testing equipment were used to test the torsion of the pressure spring, the flow rate of liquid and the amount of residual liquid, the aging resistance and corrosion resistance of the device in high and low temperature environment drop, tensile strength and other performance indicators. At the same time, a parallel comparison test was carried out with the existing equipment to compare the technical parameters of the two. Results: The transfusion pressure device could obviously increase the flow rate of transfusion, and the pressure fluctuation was between the 7.92 to 8.12 kPa, so the pressure was relatively stable, with the characteristics of flexible withdrawal, corrosion resistance, high tensile and compressive strength, and basically no residue after transportation. Conclusion: The performance indexes of the compression device were obviously better than those of the existing products, and it was more suitable for the field transportation of the wounded.
