【摘要】 [目的]探讨老年散发性结直肠癌(SCRC)患者错配修复蛋白(MMRP)表达的临床病理特征及其与预后的相关性。[方法]选取老年SCRC患者180例作为研究对象，所有患者均进行临床病理检查，并随访3年。观察老年SCRC患者MMRP表达的临床病理特征及其与3年无病生存率、总生存率等预后指标的相关性。[结果]180例中出现MMRP表达缺失(dMMP)38例(dMMP组),缺失率为21.11%;MMRP表达完整(pMMR)142例(pMMR组)。2组患者的性别比例、年龄、肿瘤部位和病理类型的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肿瘤直径、TNM分期、分化程度、脉管癌栓和淋巴结转移的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。dMMP组3年无病生存率、3年总生存率分别为57.89%(22/38)、71.05%(27/38)高于pMMR组的33.80%(48/142)、44.37%(63/142),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]MMRP表达与SCRC病理参数和预后情况密切相关，对老年SCRC患者进行MMRP检测有助判断患者病情，有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the clinicopathological features of mismatch repair protein(MMRP)expression in elderly patients with sporadic colorectal cancer(SCRC)and its correlation with prognosis.[Methods]From January 2015 to August 2016,180 elderly SCRC patients who were treated in colorectal surgery in our hospital were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined clinically and pathologically and followed up for 3 years.To observe the clinicopathological characteristics of MMRP expression in elderly SCRC patients and its correlation with 3-year disease-free survival rate, total survival rate and other prognostic indicators.[Results]Among the 180 patients with SCRC,there were 38 cases of MMRP expression loss, the loss rate was 21.11%.There was no significant difference in gender, age, tumor location and pathological type between the two groups(P>0.05);there was significant difference in tumor diameter, TNM stage, differentiation degree, vascular cancer thrombus and lymph node metastasis between the two groups(P<0.05).The 3-year disease-free survival rate and 3-year overall survival rate of dMMP group were 57.89%(22/38)and 71.05%(27/38),respectively, which were higher than those of pMMR group 33.80%(48/142)and 44.37%(63/142),P<0.05.[Conclusion]The expression of MMRP is closely related to the pathological parameters and prognosis of SCRC.The detection of MMRP level in elderly SCRC patients is helpful for doctors to judge the condition of patients and has high clinical application value.更多还原
