【摘要】 胰腺癌(pancreatic cancer, PC)是恶性程度极高的消化系统肿瘤，预后差。缺乏有效的早期检查手段，大多数病人确诊时已处于局部进展期或发生了远处转移。对于此类病人，目前的治疗策略是以化疗为主，放疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗、介入治疗、姑息性手术等为辅的综合治疗模式。随着靶向治疗与免疫治疗的发展，胰腺癌的治疗也迎来新的希望。本文对晚期胰腺癌免疫治疗与靶向治疗的研究进展作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor of the digestive system with poor prognosis.Due to the lack of effective early screening and diagnosis methods, the majority of patients with pancreatic cancer present with locally advanced or metastatic disease at diagnosis.For advanced pancreatic cancer, the major treatment strategy is still chemotherapy-based comprehensive treatment.The development of immunotherapy and targeted therapy gives us cause for optimism in our pursuit of better treatment.This article reviewed the advances in immunotherapy and targeted therapy of advanced pancreatic cancer.更多还原
