【摘要】 目的 探讨活血化瘀膏联合远红外线照射治疗血液透析患者动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的疗效。方法 将84例维持性血液透析动静脉内瘘穿刺发生皮下血肿同时伴疼痛患者按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组A组、对照组B组，每组28例。观察组采用活血化瘀膏外涂联合远红外线照射治疗，对照组A组采用活血化瘀膏外涂治疗，对照组B组采用远红外线照射治疗，疗程均为10 d。比较3组治疗前后皮下血肿、疼痛程度、血流量、血管内径的变化情况。结果 3组治疗后皮下血肿、疼痛程度、血流量、血管内径均较治疗前明显改善，且观察组改善程度均显著优于对照组A组、对照组B组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 活血化瘀膏联合远红外线照射治疗动静脉内瘘效果显著，可减轻动静脉内瘘穿刺后皮下血肿及疼痛，改善血流通畅性及血管内径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Huayu ointment combined with far-infrared radiation on subcutaneous hematoma after arteriovenous internal fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 84 maintenance hemodialysis patients with subcutaneous hematoma accompanied by pain due to arteriovenous internal fistula puncture were randomly treated with Huoxue Huayu ointment(control group A,28 cases),far-infrared radiation(control group B,28 cases) or their combination(observation group, 28 cases) for 10 days.Subcutaneous hematoma, pain degree, blood flow volume and vascular diameter were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment, subcutaneous hematoma, pain degree, blood flow volume and vascular diameter were improved in all the three groups, and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group A or B(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Huayu ointment combined with far-infrared radiation can effectively relieve subcutaneous hematoma and pain and improve blood flowpatency and vascular diameter after arteriovenous internal fistula puncture.更多还原
