【摘要】 目的 探讨动态排粪X线造影在直肠前突中的应用价值。方法 选择105例单纯直肠前突患者，进行动态排粪X线造影检查及常规排粪X线造影检查，对比分析动态排粪X线造影在直肠前突诊断中的准确性。结果105例直肠前突患者，女性86例(81.9%),男性19例(18.1%),女性直肠前突发病率明显高于男性(P<0.05)。动态排粪X线造影直肠前突诊断率高于常规排粪X线造影(100.0%比52.4%,P<0.05);与常规排粪X线造影比较，动态排粪X线造影在轻度(100.0%比62.5%)和中度(100.0%比40.0%)直肠前突中的诊断率更高(P<0.05),重度直肠前突诊断率的差异无统计学意义(100.0%比86.2%,P>0.05)。结论 相比常规排粪X线造影，动态排粪X线造影检查能直观、准确反映直肠前突形态及程度，提高直肠前突尤其是轻中度直肠前突的诊断准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of dynamic X-ray defecography in rectocele.MethodsA total of 105 patients with rectocele underwent dynamic and conventional X-ray defecography.The accuracy of dynamic X-ray defecography in the diagnosis of rectocele was analyzed.ResultsAmong the 105 patients, 86(81.9%) were female and 19(18.1%) were male.The incidence of rectocele in females was higher than that in males(P<0.05).Dynamic X-ray defecography had a higher diagnostic rate than conventional X-ray defecography for rectocele(100.0% vs 52.4%),especially for mild rectocele(100.0% vs 62.5%) and moderate rectocele(100.0% vs 40.0%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diagnostic rate of severe rectocele between the two methods(100.0% vs 86.2%,P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional X-ray defecography, dynamic X-ray defecography can directly and accurately reflect the morphology and degree of rectocele, and improve the diagnostic accuracy of rectocele, especially mild to moderate rectocele.更多还原
