【摘要】 目的 了解新乡市区老年人抑郁症状检出率并分析其影响因素，为提高老年人心理健康水平提供参考依据。方法 采用分层随机整群抽样方法，在新乡市区随机选取年龄≥65岁的老年人1 180名，选用抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)调查分析抑郁状况。结果 最终回收有效问卷834份。新乡市区老年人抑郁症状检出率较高。二元Logistic线性回归分析显示生活压力、与子女关系、认知水平、睡眠情况、焦虑水平是老年人抑郁的影响因素(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 新乡市区老年人抑郁症状检出率较高，老年人抑郁症状的发生受多方面因素影响，改善老年人抑郁症状需要社会和家庭的共同参与。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the detection rates of depressive symptoms of elderly people in Xinxiang city and analyze its influencing factors in order to provide basis for the improvement of mental health level of the aged. Methods Depression conditions were surveyed and analyzed using the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9) in 1 180 elderly people over 65 years old in Xinxiang city proper randomly selected with stratified random cluster sampling method. Results Finally, 834 valid questionnaires were collected. The detection rates of depressive symptoms in the elderly in Xinxiang city proper were 8.27%. Binary logistic linear regression analysis showed that life stress, relationship with children, cognitive levels, sleep status and anxiety level were influencing factors to depressive symptoms in the elderly(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The detection rates of geriatric depressive symptoms in Xinxiang city proper are high, the occurrences of depressive symptoms in the aged are influenced by many factors, and the improvement of geriatric depressive symptoms needs joint participation of society and family.更多还原
