HOXA5和miR-196a-5p基因环路在卵巢癌诊断及治疗中的价值
Value of HOXA5 and miR-196a-5p gene loop in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer
【摘要】 卵巢癌是女性生殖系统常见恶性肿瘤之一,其死亡率占妇科肿瘤首位。因此,找到更准确的卵巢癌诊断及治疗方法对提高卵巢癌患者的生存率有重要意义。随着人们对卵巢癌发病机制的深入研究,同源异形盒基因A5和非编码小分子RNA-196a-5p引起了临床工作者的广泛关注,同源异形盒基因A5是同源盒基因家族中的一员,在胚胎发育及细胞分化中发挥重要的作用;非编码小分子RNA-196a-5p在癌症演变中也发挥着重要作用,这为卵巢癌今后的诊断和治疗提供了新思路。因此,本综述主要阐述同源异形盒基因A5和非编码小分子RNA-196a-5p基因环路与卵巢癌发生发展的关系,并为卵巢癌的早期诊治及判断预后提供依据。
【Abstract】 Ovarian cancer is one of common malignant tumors of female reproductive system and its mortality rate the first among gynecological tumors.Therefore,it is of great significance for improving the survival rate of ovarian cancer patients to find more accurate diagnosis and treatment for ovarian cancer.With the in-depth study of the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer,homeobox A5and microRNA-196a-5p have been concerned widely,and homeobox A5is a member of the homeobox gene family(HOX)and plays an important role in embryonic development and cell differentiation;microRNA-196a-5p also plays an important role in the evolution of cancer,which provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer in the future.Therefore,this review mainly expounds the relationship between homeobox A5and microRNA-196a-5p gene loop and the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and provides a basis for early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer and prognosis judgment.
