RT-PCR法对感染性疾病患者检测效能分析
Analysis of detection efficiency of RT-PCR for patients with infectious diseases
【摘要】 目的 探讨2种分子生物学检测方法对病原微生物感染疾病患者的检测效果,并观察愈后患者焦虑抑郁状态改善。方法 将实验室病理组织学检测确认病原微生物感染的48例患者作为病例组以及无病原微生物感染的42例患者作为对照组,分析比较聚合酶链反应、逆转录酶-聚合酶链锁反应检测结果,并依据医院焦虑抑郁量表评估患者愈后心理状态改善情况。结果逆转录酶-聚合酶链锁反应的病原微生物检测总阳性率(95.83%,46/48)高于聚合酶链反应检测结果(83.33%,40/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。逆转录酶-聚合酶链锁反应检测灵敏度、特异度均高于聚合酶链反应检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗愈后患者的医院焦虑抑郁量表的焦虑、抑郁维度评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 逆转录酶-聚合酶链锁反应检测技术在病原微生物感染患者中的检测效果高于聚合酶链反应检测技术。病原微生物感染愈后患者的焦虑抑郁症状的改善明显。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the detection effects of 2molecular biology testing methods for patients with infectious diseases and observe the improvement of anxiety-depression status after recovery.Methods Forty-eight patients with infections by pathogenic microorganism confirmed by lab histopathology detection were assigned to case group and forty-two ones without pathogenic microorganism infections to control group,the detection results of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)were analyzed and compared,and the improvements of psychological states assessed with Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)after recovery.Results Total positive rate(95.83%,46/48),sensitivity and specificity were higher by the RT-PCR compared with the PCR(83.33%,40/48),differences had statistical significance(P<0.01).Both sensitivity and specificity of the RT-PCR were higher compared with the PCR,differences had statistical significance(P<0.01).After recovery scores on anxiety and depression the HADS were lower compared with pre-treatment,differences had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The RT-PCR is better than the PCR in the detection of pathogen infection patients.Anxious and depressive symptoms markedly improve after recovery from pathogen infections.
