【摘要】 目的 探讨神经生长导向因子2(Slit2)在宫颈癌患者组织切片中的表达及与预后的关系。方法 将110例宫颈癌患者设为观察组，同时将100例子宫肌瘤患者设为对照组，采用免疫组化染色法检测两组研究对象组织切片的Slit2表达。结果 观察组患者Slit2蛋白阳性表达率为37.27%，显著低于对照组患者（P<0.05）;TNM分期Ⅲ期～Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移组织患者Slit2阳性表达率分别为15.79%和13.04%，显著低于Ⅰ期～Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移组织患者（P<0.05）;Slit2阴性表达者中位无进展生存期和总生存期分别为21个月和30个月，显著短于Slit2阳性表达者（P<0.05）。结论 Slit2在宫颈癌患者中表达下调，与临床病理及预后有一定关系，提示Slit2蛋白在细胞凋亡中具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of neuronal chemorepellent 2(Slit2)in tissue slice of cervical cancer patient and its relationship with prognosis.Methods A total of 110cervical cancer patients were assigned to observation group and 100hysteromyoma to control group,Slit2expressions in tissue slices detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rate of Slit2protein was37.27%in observation and significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05);the positive expression rates of Slit2in patients with stage Ⅲ～IV of primary tumor lymph node distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis tissues were respectively 15.79% and 13.04% and significantly lower than in ones with stage I～Ⅱand without lymph node metastasis tissues(P<0.05);the median progression-free and total survival time of Slit2-negative patients were respectively 21months and 30months and significantly shorter than those of Slit2-positive ones(P<0.05).Conclusion Slit2expression is down-regulated in cervical cancer and has a certain relationship with clinical pathology and prognosis,which suggests Slit2protein plays an important role in cell apoptosis.更多还原
