【Abstract】 With the development of anatomy, pathophysiology and genomics, medical scientists have been deepening the understanding of adrenal diseases so as to provide an important theoretical basis for the treatment of adrenal diseases. At present, adrenalectomy has been widely used in the treatment of various adrenal diseases, and has achieved excellent result. Standardized perioperative management has greatly improved the safety of adrenal operation.
