不同愈伤处理对烟薯25号的贮藏品质的影响

【摘要】 本文以烟薯25号为实验对象,开展不同愈伤温度对烟薯25号愈伤和贮藏期间烟薯25号贮藏品质的影响试验。找出适合甘薯贮藏的愈伤温度。在实验过程中,在经过一周的愈伤处理期后,以及在贮藏期间每隔30天测量烟薯的失重率、呼吸强度、纤维素酶活性和丙二醛含量。对实验结果进行比较,以愈伤温度33℃工况处理7 d,甘薯的贮藏保鲜效果最好。

【Abstract】 This study investigated the effects of different healing treatments temperatures on healing treatments and storage quality of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas L. cv. Yanshu 25). The aim was to identify the suitable healing treatments temperature for sweet potato storage. During the experiment, after a one-week healing treatments period, the weight loss rate, respiration intensity, cellulase activity, and malondialdehyde content of sweet potatoes were measured every 30 days during storage. The results showed that the best storage preservation effect was achieved when the healing treatments temperature was set at 33 ℃ for 7 days.
