【Abstract】 This study investigated the effects of different healing treatments temperatures on healing treatments and storage quality of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas L. cv. Yanshu 25). The aim was to identify the suitable healing treatments temperature for sweet potato storage. During the experiment, after a one-week healing treatments period, the weight loss rate, respiration intensity, cellulase activity, and malondialdehyde content of sweet potatoes were measured every 30 days during storage. The results showed that the best storage preservation effect was achieved when the healing treatments temperature was set at 33 ℃ for 7 days.更多还原
