【摘要】 目的:探究青少年抑郁症患者的希望特质、心理弹性与抑郁之间的相关性，为临床开展希望特质等相关干预，改善青少年抑郁情绪提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样方法，纳入89例就诊于河北省第六人民医院青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象，使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、希望特质量表(ADHS)和青少年心理弹性量表(RSCA)中文版进行问卷调查。结果:调查显示，青少年抑郁症希望特质与抑郁显著负相关(r=-0.551,P<0.01),心理弹性水平与抑郁显著负相关(r=-0.609,P<0.01),希望特质与心理弹性呈显著正相关(r=0.682,P<0.01),青少年抑郁症患者心理弹性在希望特质与抑郁情绪间存在中介效应，中介效应占比为45.12%,回归系数t检验显著(P<0.05)。结论:青少年抑郁症患者希望特质和心理弹性能显著反向预测抑郁情绪，心理弹性在青少年抑郁症患者希望特质和抑郁情绪间起部分中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between depression and hope trait as well as resilience, and to develop hope trait and other related interventions in clinical nursing, so as to provide evidence for improving adolescent depression. Method:Using the method of convenient sampling, 89 cases of adolescent depression patients in the Sixth People’s Hospital of Hebei province were included in the study.They were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),Adult Dispositional Hope Scale(ADHS) and Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA). Results:HAMD-17、ADHS and RSCA were significantly different between the two groups.Hope trait was negatively correlated with depression(R=-0.551,P<0.01); resilience was negatively correlated with depression(R=-0.609,P<0.01);there was a significant positive correlation between hope trait and resilience(r=0.682,P<0.01).The resilience had a mediating effect between hope trait and depression in adolescent patients with depression; the mediating effect was 45.12%,the regression coefficient t test was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hope Trait and resilience can significantly predict depression in adolescents with depression.Resilience partially mediates the relationship between desired traits and depressive mood in adolescents with depression.更多还原
