水煮预处理改善制造工艺对胶合板酶解糖化影响的研究

【摘要】 对比了桉木及其胶合板之间的酶解糖化差异,测得桉木的糖化值为152.7 mg/g,胶合板的糖化值为98.7 mg/g,两者相差54 mg/g。经水煮预处理后,胶合板糖化值提升至152.2 mg/g。结果表明:经水煮后,胶黏剂中的酰胺基吸收峰强度有所减弱,而胶合板的结晶指数并未发生较大变化,说明水煮对胶合板物理结构的影响较小。水煮处理后,胶合板内脲醛树脂中的N元素含量从2.328%下降至0.616%,说明水煮预处理能去除胶合板内部残留的胶黏剂,从而改善胶合板的酶解效率。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the difference in enzymatic saccharification between eucalyptus wood and plywood formed by the manufacturing process was compared. The saccharification value of eucalyptus wood was measured to be 152.7 mg/g and that of plywood was 98.7 mg/g, with a difference of 54 mg/g. After pretreatment with boiling,the saccharification value of plywood increased to 152.2 mg/g. The results showed that the intensity of the absorption peak of the amide group in adhesive decreased after boiling, while the crystalline index of the plywood hardly change after boiling, indicating that boiling had less effect on the destruction of the physical structure of the plywood. The content of elemental N in the urea-formaldehyde resin decreased from 2.328% to 0.616% after boiling in the plywood, indicating that the boiling pretreatment could remove the residual adhesives and improve the enzymatic efficiency of the plywood.
