重组竹机械加工与理化性能的研究

【摘要】 材料的机械加工与理化性能直接影响其应用。对工业化生产的重组竹进行了机械加工与理化性能测试,并与目前家具常用的中密度纤维板进行对比。结果表明:重组竹的各项物理力学性能远优于中密度纤维板。重组竹耐水性好,力学性能高,甲醛释放量符合国家标准。相同条件下重组竹的加工性能差于中密度纤维板,对刀具要求高。重组竹可作为轻型承重件或对强度、硬度有一定要求的特殊场合使用,能满足家具用材的要求,但对其加工应采用耐磨性好的刀具。

【Abstract】 The mechanical processing and properties of materials directly affect their application. In this paper,the mechanical processing and physicochemical properties of the industrialized bamboo scrimber were tested, and compared with the medium density fiberboard(MDF) commonly used in furniture at present. The results showed that the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo scrimber were significantly much better than those of MDF. For example, bamboo scrimber showed good water resistance, high mechanical properties, and the formaldehyde emission was in line with national standards. Under the same conditions, the processing performance of bamboo scrimber was worse than that of MDF, and the requirements for cutting tools were higher. The bamboo scrimber can be used as light load-bearing parts or special occasions with certain requirements for strength and hardness, which can meet the requirements of furniture materials, but the cutting tools with good wear resistance should be used for processing.
