【摘要】 目的 探讨切开复位交锁髓内钉附加锁定钢板治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用切开复位交锁髓内钉附加锁定钢板治疗19例股骨干骨折患者。记录骨折复位及愈合情况、术后患者下地情况、临床疗效。结果 患者均获得随访，时间16～29(22.73±4.28)个月。术后X线片显示骨折均对位对线满意。18例骨折愈合时间1～8(3.29±1.88)个月，1例骨折延迟愈合。术后拄双拐非负重下地时间7～14(9.05±2.22) d。末次随访时，膝关节屈曲100°～130°(117.37°±10.19°),HSS评分85～96(90.16±3.42)分；患者均可完全负重行走，步态协调、稳定。结论 切开复位交锁髓内钉附加锁定钢板治疗股骨干骨折复位固定可靠，并发症少，临床疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction interlocking intramedullary nail and locking plate in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture.Methods The 19 cases of femoral shaft fractures were treated with open reduction interlocking intramedullary nail and locking plate.Fracture reduction and healing, postoperative walking condition and clinical effect were recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 16～29(22.73±4.28) months.Postoperative radiographs showed satisfactory alignment of fractures.The healing time of 18 cases was 1～8(3.29±1.88) months, and 1 case was delayed healing.Postoperative time of walking on double-crutch without weight-bearing was 7～14(9.05±2.22) d.At the last follow-up, knee flexion was 100°～130°(117.37°±10.19°),and HSS scores were 85～96(90.16±3.42) points.All patients could walk with full weight-bearing, with good gait and stablity.Conclusions The treatment of femoral shaft fracture with open reduction interlocking intramedullary nail and locking plate is reliable fixation, with few complications and good clinical effect.更多还原
