【摘要】 目的 探讨带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法 采用带袢钢板治疗22例肩锁关节脱位患者。记录肩关节活动度、并发症发生情况及肩关节Constant评分。结果 患者均获得随访，时间6～14个月。无血管、神经损伤，无复位丢失及应力性骨折等并发症发生。术后6个月，肩关节外展、前屈、后伸活动度均较术前明显增大(P<0.05),Constant评分较术前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位具有并发症少、疼痛程度轻、患者肩关节功能恢复好的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of TightRope plate for treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation.Methods Twenty-two patients with acromioclavicular dislocation were treated with TightRope plate.Shoulder mobility, complications and Constant score of the shoulder were recorded. Results All patients were followed up for 6～14 months.No complications such as vascular or nerve injuries, loss of reduction or stress fracture occurred.At 6 months after surgery, shoulder abduction, anterior flexion and posterior extension mobility were significantly increased, compared with those before surgery(P<0.05),and Constant scores were significantly improved than the preoperation(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation with TightRope plate has the advantages of less complications, light pain degree and better functional recovery.更多还原
