从输送者到生产者:教师个体知识的失语困境与超越

【摘要】 教师的个体知识是教师个体所拥有的经验、体验和信念的多元整合体,是一种具有个体性、内隐性、实践性的能被多维度表征的知识,也是教育教学中常常被忽视却有着极其重要的实践价值的内容。长期以来,作为知识输送者的中小学教师,其个体知识面临着失语的困境。造成这种困境的原因主要为观念认知的迷离、研究领地的空场以及知识生产制度的限制。要解决个体知识失语的困境,中小学教师必须从知识输送者转变为知识的生产者,澄清专业自我认知,凸显专业自我意识,落实专业自我实践。

【Abstract】 A teacher’s individual knowledge is a multiple integration of the experience, experience and beliefs possessed by the individual teacher. It is a kind of individual, implicit, and practical knowledge that can be represented in multiple dimensions.Content that is often overlooked but has extremely important practical value. For a long time, teachers as knowledge transporters have faced the dilemma of aphasia for their individual knowledge. The reasons for this predicament are mainly manifested in the confusion of conceptual cognition, the empty field of research territory, and the restrictions of the knowledge production system.To transcend the dilemma of individual knowledge aphasia, teachers must transform from knowledge transmitters to knowledge producers, clarify professional self-awareness, highlight professional self-awareness, and implement professional self-practice.
