矿山排土场软弱基底控制技术应用研究

【摘要】 针对矿山排土场普遍存在的软弱基底承载力不够、易产生液化滑坡风险的问题,以刚果(金)SICOMINES铜钴矿排土场为工程背景,采用现场调查、工程地质勘察、现场及室内试验、理论计算以及数值模拟相结合的方法,对排土场堆置高度、固结沉降、安全系数及软弱基底控制方法展开了研究。得出了软弱基底条件下矿山排土堆置过程中的最大堆置高度、固结沉降规律、各区域安全系数及潜在滑动面分布。在此基础上提出了“抛石挤淤、外围截水、优化排土”的软弱基底控制措施。治理措施实施后,排土场安全系数提高了5%~8%,研究成果可为矿山排土场软弱基底控制提供理论指导与技术支撑。

【Abstract】 In response to the common problem of insufficient bearing capacity of weak foundations and the risk of liquefaction and landslide in mining waste disposal sites, the waste disposal site of SICOMINES copper-cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo was taken as the engineering background. A combination of on-site investigation, engineering geological survey, on-site and indoor experiments, theoretical calculation, and numerical simulation was used to study the stacking height, consolidation settlement, safety factor and weak foundation control method of waste disposal site. The maximum stacking height, consolidation settlement law, safety factor of each area and potential sliding surface distribution in the process of mine dumping under the condition of weak foundation were obtained. On this basis, the weak foundation control measures of “riprap and siltation, external intercepting water, as well as dumping optimization” were put forward. After the implementation of the control measures, the safety factor of the waste disposal site has been increased by 5%-8%. The research results can provide a theoretical guidance and technical support for the control of weak foundation of mine waste disposal site.
