嫩江下游大龙湖大银鱼个体繁殖力研究

【摘要】 2021年12月,对嫩江下游大龙湖中大银鱼(Protosalanx chinensis)的个体繁殖力进行了调查研究。结果表明,大龙湖大银鱼的个体绝对繁殖力、体长相对繁殖力和体质量相对繁殖力的平均值分别为(9 518.43±4 897.49)粒、(66.82±29.36)粒/mm和(764.85±206.09)粒/g;个体绝对繁殖力、体长相对繁殖力都分别与体长、体质量、卵巢质量、净体质量、肥满度和性体指数显著相关,体质量相对繁殖力分别与肥满度、卵巢质量和性体指数显著相关;个体繁殖力与各生物学指标的最佳拟合方程多为二次函数,而体长相对繁殖力与体长、体质量相对繁殖力与性体指数的最佳拟合方程均为对数函数;多元逐步回归分析表明,可利用卵巢质量和净体质量来估算大龙湖大银鱼的个体绝对繁殖力;性比变化的年际差异表明,大银鱼繁殖群体涵养密度过大会导致雌、雄个体性成熟时间不同步,从而引起繁殖群体浪费的现象;介绍了通过人为调控使雌、雄大银鱼性成熟趋于同步的成功案例。

【Abstract】 In December 2021, the individual fecundity of Protosalanx chinensis in Dalong Lake in the lower reach of the Nenjiang River was investigated. The results showed that the average of individual absolute fecundity, body length relative fecundity and body mass relative fecundity of Protosalanx chinensis was(9 518.43±4 897.49) eggs,(66.82±29.36) eggs/mm, and(764.85±206.09) eggs/g, respectively. Both individual absolute fecundity and body length relative fecundity were significantly correlated with body length, body mass, ovarian mass, net body mass, fatness and gonadosomatic index, respectively. The body mass relative fecundity was significantly correlated with fatness, ovarian mass and gonadosomatic index. The best equations for fitting individual fecundity with single biological indicator were mostly quadratic functions,while the best fit equations of body length relative fecundity with body length and body mass relative fecundity with gonadosomatic index were both logarithmic functions. The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the ovarian mass and net body mass could be used to estimate the individual absolute fecundity of Protosalanx chinensis in Dalong Lake. And the interannual variations of sex ratio indicated that the excessive density of reproductive population caused that the female and male individuals matured asynchronously, which led to the waste of reproductive population. And we introduced a successful case of synchronizing the sexual maturity of male and female individuals of Protosalanx chinensis by artificial manipulation.
