基于NMDS的长江江苏段浮游植物群落结构特征及其环境因子关系

【摘要】 为研究长江江苏段浮游植物群落结构演替及其环境因子关系,揭示长江大保护后长江江苏段生态环境环境变化,于2020—2021年期间对江苏段12个采样点进行4次采样,对该段浮游植物群落结构及水文水质进行调查。在此基础上,基于非度量多维尺度分析(non-metric multidimensionalscaling, NMDS)对浮游植物的群落结构、时空变化特征及其与环境因子之间的关系进行了分析,结果表明:总鉴定浮游植物6门58属135种,以硅藻门、绿藻门、裸藻门、蓝藻门为主。浮游植物平均密度变化为27.79×10~4~140.52×10~4 cells/L,生物量为0.31~1.82 mg/L,季度变化趋势为夏>秋>冬>春,硅藻为组成主体。NMDS分析发现,夏秋季节浮游植物群落结构组成相似,冬春季节群落结构相似,总磷(total phosphorus, TP)、电导率是影响浮游植物群落结构的环境因素。不同河段结果显示,TP、磷酸盐是影响浮游植物群落结构的环境因素。结合长江大保护和江苏省健康河流政策实施结果可知,针对长江的保护措施有利于长江江苏段浮游植物的生长,可为长江江苏段水生态环境保护及生态修复提供一定参考。

【Abstract】 In order to study the succession of phytoplankton community structure in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River and its relationship with environmental factors, and to understand the changes in the ecological environment of the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River after the Great Protection of the Yangtze River, four samples were taken from 12 sampling points in Jiangsu section from 2020 to 2021,investigated the phytoplankton community structure, hydrology and water quality in this section. On this basis, based on non metric multidimensional scale analysis(NMDS), the community structure, temporal and spatial variation characteristics of phytoplankton and their relationship with environmental factors were analyzed. The results show that totally identifies 134 species of phytoplankton in 6 phyla, 58 genera, dominated by Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Euglenophyta, Cyanophyta. The abundance and biomass of phytoplankton are 27.79×10~4~140.52×10~4 cells/L and 0.31~1.82 mg/L, the seasonal trend are Summer > Autumn > Winter > Spring, and diatom is the main body. NMDS analysis show that the composition of phytoplankton community in summer and autumn is similar, and in winter and spring is similar, mainly in total phosphorus and conductivity are the environmental factors affecting the phytoplankton community structure. The results of different river sections show that total phosphorus and phosphate are the environmental factors affecting the phytoplankton community structure. Combined with the great protection of the Yangtze River and the healthy river policy of Jiangsu Province, it shows that the protection measures for the Yangtze River are conducive to the growth of phytoplankton in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River, which can provide a certain reference for the water ecological environment protection and ecological restoration in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River.
