油气井下套管遇阻研究现状与展望
Current Status and Prospects of Research on Hindered Casing Running in Oil and Gas Wells
【摘要】 套管作为沟通地面与油气藏的通道,能否顺利下入到预定深度关系着钻完井的成败。随着油气勘探开发向超深层、非常规、深水等复杂领域进军,下套管作业面临的环境更加复杂,套管下入遇阻问题时有发生,严重增加了钻井作业的非生产时间。聚焦油气井套管下入遇阻研究最新进展,介绍了套管下入遇阻的主控因素。针对如何预测、预防和解决套管下入遇阻问题,从套管可下入性理论、卡套管事故预防、辅助下套管工艺和工具等4个方面分别进行了总结和讨论。最后,基于上述分析对油气井套管下入遇阻的未来研究趋势进行了展望。
【Abstract】 As a conduit between the surface and reservoir, the success of drilling and completion depends on whether the casing strings can be tripped in the target depth. With the exploration and development of oil or gas moving into complex areas, such as ultra-deep, unconventional and deep water, running casing operations has become more complex. The obstacles of casing running happened occasionally, which seriously increased the unproductive time of drilling operations. The latest research progress of stuck casing was presented, the main control factors of stuck casing were introduced. Aimed at how to predict, prevent and resolve stuck casing, four respects based on the theory of casing trip-in ability, prevention of stuck casing, auxiliary casing running process and tool were separately summarized and discussed. Finally, based on the above analysis, the future development direction of stuck casing was prospected.
