【摘要】 为满足乡村住宅向生态宜居长寿化的方向发展，乡村住宅的耐久性需要给予足够的重视。针对指标参数对乡村住宅耐久性的影响分析，基于可拓学提出了乡村住宅耐久性的评价模型与敏感性分析方法。该方法以关联度计算得到的乡村住宅耐久性评价级别和级别变量特征值为依据，分析单体乡村住宅和区域乡村住宅耐久性的敏感性指标。该方法可以依据敏感性分析对象和内容，选择不同的指标体系，且适用于单体和群体住宅耐久性的敏感性分析。最后将该敏感性分析方法应用于乡村住宅耐久性评价，阐明了该敏感性分析方法的分析过程，并给出了中国乡村住宅耐久性分布的初步规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the development of rural house towards the direction of ecological livable longevity, enough attention should be paid to the durability of rural house. In order to analyze the influence of index parameters on the durability of rural house, an evaluation model and sensitivity analysis method based on extenics were proposed. The durability sensitivity indexes of individual rural houses and regional rural houses were analyzed based on the durability evaluation grades and characteristic values of grade variables calculated by correlation degree. This method can select different index systems according to the sensitivity analysis object and content, and is suitable for the sensitivity analysis of the durability of single and group house. Finally, the sensitivity analysis method was applied to the durability evaluation of rural house, the analysis process of the sensitivity analysis method is illustrated, and the preliminary rule of the durability distribution of rural houses in China is given.更多还原
