基于余风量控制法的化工实验室变风量通风系统设计——以北京化工大学某实验楼为例
Design of variable air volume ventilation system in chemical laboratory based on residual air volume control method——taking an experimental building of Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an example
【摘要】 基于余风量控制法的变风量通风系统,可显著提高化工实验室的安全性,降低初始投资,节约运行费用。以北京化工大学某化工实验楼其中一个通风系统为例,详细介绍了系统中通风量的确定、室内气流组织、设备选择、系统控制以及设计重点环节,可为后续类似项目提供参考。
【Abstract】 The variable air volume ventilation system based on the residual air volume control method can significantly improve the safety of chemical laboratory, reduce the initial investment and save the operating cost. Taking a ventilation system in a chemical engineering laboratory building of Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an example, the paper introduces in detail the determination of ventilation volume, indoor air flow organization, equipment selection, system control and key aspects of design in the system, which can provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
