【Abstract】 Maxillary sinus floor elevation is the main technique to address the problem of bone shortage in the maxillary posterior region currently. By creating an osteogenic space in the maxillary sinus floor, bone graft materials can be implanted or not implanted to guide the growth of new bone, thereby increasing the osseointegration of the implant and achieving long-term stability of the implant.
