【摘要】 习近平总书记有关体育工作的一系列论述对高职院校体育教育提出了新的要求和挑战。党的二十大胜利召开对新时代高职院校的建设提供了新机遇新挑战，特别是加快推进体育强国建设的新要求使高职院校公共体育课程的改革与创新成为时代新命题，公共体育课程的教学改革和教学质量直接关系着全校内涵式教育的顺利推进。分析高职院校公共体育课程存在的问题和遇到的困难，提出从师资队伍建设、场地改善、课程内容丰富、教学方法更新等方面的对策和建议，期待能够促进公共体育课程教育教学质量提高，教学改革顺利实施，从而助力高职院校“三教”改革创新性推进以及顺利贯彻落实“体育强国”梦的走深走实。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of discussions about physical education by President Xi Jinping have put forward new requirements and challenges to physical education in higher vocational colleges. The successful holding of 20th National Congress of the CPC has provided new opportunities and challenges for the construction of higher vocational colleges in the new era, especially the new requirements of accelerating the construction of the leading sports nation, the reform and innovation of public physical education in higher vocational colleges has become a new proposition of the times. The teaching reform and teaching quality of public physical education are directly related to the smooth promotion of connotation education in college. This paper analyzes the existing problems and difficulties encountered in the public physical education course of higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of teaching team construction, site improvement, rich curriculum content and updating of teaching methods, so as to promote the improvement of the teaching quality of public physical education course and the smooth implementation of teaching reform. In this way, it will help higher vocational colleges promote the innovation of “three education” reforms and smoothly implement the dream of “a leading sports nation”.更多还原
