【摘要】 数字经济正在成为经济发展的新引擎。北京是我国数字经济发展高地，数字经济发展成效显著，但与国内国际数字经济领先水平相比仍有较大提升空间。文章分析了北京数字经济发展在数字基础、数字人才、核心产业、平台建设、数据交易等方面的特点及优势，梳理了北京数字经济发展在数据开放共享质量、产业融合发展、区域协同发展、数字人才政策和环境、国内外竞争等方面的不足和挑战，从确立全球发展坐标、推进产业融合发展、培育特色新兴产业、加快释放数据要素价值等方面提出相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digital economy is becoming the new engine of economic growth. In China,Beijing’s development of digital economy is in the leading position,however,many aspects still need to be improved to compared with the leading level of domestic and international digital economy.The article analyzes the characteristics and advantages of Beijing’s digital economy development in digital foundation,digital talents,core industries,platform construction,data trading and other aspects,summarizes the shortcomings and challenges faced by Beijing’s digital economy development in the aspects of data opening and sharing quality,industrial integration,regional coordinated development,digital talent policy and environment,domestic and foreign competition,etc,relevant suggestions are put forward from the aspects of establishing global development coordinates,promoting industrial integrated development,cultivating characteristic emerging industries,and accelerating the release of data element value.更多还原
