【摘要】 为了解当下医学生医师职业精神认知现状，文章对1 445名医学生进行随机抽样问卷调查，共分职业认知、职业精神认知以及自身医师职业精神培养认知情况3个维度。结果显示，大部分医学生对医学职业、医师职业精神能够正确认知，能够树立正确的职业导向和职业追求，但也有极少部分医学生对医师职业精神的认知是模糊的，对自身未来的职业行为和职业理念缺乏正确认知。建议医学院校高度重视人文素质教育，引导医学生树立正确职业价值理念；深化教育教学改革，加强医学生职业精神培育；多措并举形成合力，确保医师职业精神培育实效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the current situation of medical students’ cognition of the professional spirit of physicians, the article conducted a random sampling questionnaire survey on 1 445 medical students, which was divided into three dimensions: professional cognition, professional spirit cognition, and the cultivation of their own professional spirit of physicians. The results show that most medical students have a correct understanding of the medical profession and the professional spirit of physicians, and can establish correct career directions and pursuits. However, there are also very few medical students who have a vague understanding of the professional spirit of physicians and lack correct understanding of their future professional behavior and philosophy. It is suggested that medical colleges should attach great importance to humanistic quality education and guide medical students to establish correct professional values; we should deepen the reform of education and teaching, and strengthen the cultivation of professional spirit among medical students; multiple measures should be taken to form a joint force to ensure the effectiveness of cultivating the professional spirit of physicians.更多还原
