【摘要】 文章研究表明，新媒体的快速发展为科技期刊带来了机遇与挑战，地方高校医学期刊应因地制宜，突出地方特色，转变办刊理念，明确地方高校医学期刊发展中存在的主要问题，积极思考如何在新媒体环境下，实现科技论文内容的高质量建设与扩大期刊传播力的有机结合，走媒体融合发展之路。促进地方高校医学期刊的创新与发展：一方面，要从开放办刊、注重编委会建设、挖掘特色选题、加强学科互动入手，进行论文学术内容的高质量建设；另一方面，要进一步拓宽传播渠道和手段，加入高校系列医学期刊品牌联盟，积极加入国内、国际数据库，进一步扩大期刊的学术传播影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of the new media brought opportunities and challenges for sci-tech periodicals, local university medical journals should adapt to local conditions, highlight the local characteristics and change the idea, clarify the main problems existing in the development of local university medical journals, actively consider how to realize the organic combination of high-quality construction of scientific and technological paper content and expanding the dissemination of journals in the new media environment, and take the road of media integration and development. To promote the innovation and development of medical journals in local colleges and universities, on the one hand, we should start with the opening of journals, pay attention to the construction of editorial boards, mining characteristics of topic selection, strengthen discipline interaction of academic content in paper of high-quality construction.
