【Abstract】 The cultivation of high-value patents is an inevitable choice for the construction of a powerful country with intellectual property rights, which is of great significance for the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven strategy and the promotion of high-quality economic development. From the perspective of patent literature competitiveness of eight representative universities in Xinjiang, this study analyzes the current situation and existing problems of patent applications in Xinjiang universities and explores the methods of cultivating high-value patents of Xinjiang universities from the number of patent applications, application types, legal status, cited times, number of claims, overseas patents of the same family, awards, etc. This paper analyzes the practice and theoretical research on the cultivation of high-value patents in Xinjiang universities, and promotes the cultivation of high-value patents in Xinjiang universities and the construction of a province with strong intellectual property rights.更多还原
