【摘要】 随着建筑业工业化、数字化、智能化、绿色化转型升级,迫切需要培养高层次复合技术技能建筑人才。职业本科教育作为职业教育在本科层次的延伸,具有职业性和教育性跨界融合属性。文章结合职业本科教育特征及内涵,立足职业本科教育人才培养目标定位的基础上,从课程体系构建、教师队伍建设、深化产教融合、人才培养评价4个层面对职业本科教育建筑类专业人才培养体系进行研究,以期为建设高质量建筑类人才提供理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the industrialization, digitalization, intelligence and green transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, there is an urgent need to cultivate high-level complex technical skills construction talents. As the extension of vocational education at the undergraduate level, vocational undergraduate education has the property of interdisciplinary integration of vocational and educational characteristics. In combination with the characteristics and connotation of vocational undergraduate education, based on the vocational undergraduate education talent training objectives, in order to provide theoretical support for the construction of high-quality architectural talents, the cultivation system of architectural talents in vocational undergraduate education from four aspects: the construction of curriculum system, the construction of teachers, the deepening of the integration of industry and education and the evaluation of talent cultivation are studied.更多还原
